Lovely 30 m2 studio with a private garden. Furnished and equipped with a kitchen, microwave, mini oven, electric hot plates, fridge with freezer compartment, dishes, table and chairs, garden furniture, TV, large 160 x 200 cm bed, bedside table, large closets, and wardrobe. The only drawback is that the utility meter in the closet must remain accessible to the host if necessary. Close to the town center, municipal summer pool, and hiking trails leading to the Saint-Jean-Pla-de-Corts lakes, a 20-minute walk away. No noisy dogs or dogs left alone. There is a final cleaning fee of 30 euros in addition to the mandatory cleaning fee of 40 euros. No noise. This is a shared villa. Very pleasant.
