In a large, classic apartment with spacious rooms and colorful decor, there are 3 comfortable, sunny bedrooms with a garden view. One is occupied by Anne, the host, a second by a young Chilean student, and the third by a student.
I have been welcoming students and young professionals for 6 years now.
Warm atmosphere that respects everyone's independence.

Ideally located in the Perpignan city center, on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes' walk from the Castillet. There is a bus stop 20 meters from the house, convenient for getting to the university or the Lycée Arago area.
(Some areas of Perpignan are to be avoided.)
