In a large, historic apartment with high ceilings and colorful decor, there are 3 comfortable, sunny rooms with views of gardens. One of them is occupied by Anne, the host, a second by a young Chilean student, and the third by another student.
For 6 years now, I have been welcoming students and young professionals.
Warm atmosphere that respects everyone's independence!
The apartment is ideally located in the city center of Perpignan, on a quiet street and in a peaceful neighborhood, 10 minutes' walk from Le Castillet. A bus stop is located 20 meters from the house, convenient for getting to the university or the Lycée Arago area.
(Some areas of Perpignan should be avoided)
Cleaning of the common areas is provided weekly. You are very welcome. Do not hesitate to contact me for any further information.
