Room for rent in Perpignan city center, quiet residential street. In a large, old-style apartment with spacious rooms and colorful decor, there are 3 comfortable, sunny bedrooms offering views of gardens. One of them is occupied by Anne, the host, a second by a young Chilean student, and the 3rd by a student. I have been hosting students and young professionals for 6 years now. A warm atmosphere that respects everyone's independence! The apartment is ideally located in the city center of Perpignan, on a quiet street and in a quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes' walk from Le Castillet. A bus stop is located 20 meters from the house, which is convenient for getting to the university or the Lycée Arago area. (Some parts of Perpignan should be avoided).
