Homestay concept.
Large apartment, beautiful sunny volumes, three bedrooms. One occupied by Anne, the owner of the place, the other two are available.
Access to one or the other of the bedrooms depending on the availability of the moment.
The first bedroom is 18 m2, the second slightly smaller. The rent includes all costs (not towels). Bedding is provided.
These are two large bedrooms overlooking gardens. The apartment is very well located in a beautiful quiet street in the city center of Perpignan. A bus stop in front of the house provides access to the university. I have been welcoming young students or young employees or Erasmus students for 6 years.
Warm atmosphere and respect for the independence of each person (Homestay concept).
PS: Small advice, find out, because some areas are really to be avoided in Perpignan.

L'acceuil chez Anne a été très chaleureux. Chacun avait sa vie indépendante, mais Anne était toujours attentive à tous les besoins, elle a eu beaucoup de conseils pour des activités dans la region et c'était toujous un plaisir de bavarder un peu le soir sur la journée qu'on avait passée. Quelle chance d'avoir trouvé Anne et cette chambre pour mon semestre à Perpignan !

Chambre parfaite , très bien équipée , appartement très agréable et idéalement placé . Anne a été très accueillante et toujours très arrangeante . Le séjour était parfait .
Anne est une hôte très accueillante et bienvaillante, donnant des conseils sur la ville et ses alentours. La communication est facile. Elle est discrète et respecte l espace de vie de chacun . La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, le logement est fonctionnel et bien situé. J'ai pu garé mon véhicule facilement et Anne a des solutions si il n'y avait pas de place libre. Anne est une personne exceptionnelle, une hôte magnifique, attentive à tous les besoins d'un hôte. La chambre était pour ma fille et je me sentais très en sécurité avec Anne et ma fille aux petits soins, elle l'a aidée, conseillée et lui a proposé un séjour inoubliable, sans aucun doute je reviendrais à Perpignan rien que pour lui rendre visite.

Anne is really a good host, innovative and thinks about other people’s good. She has also a great flexibility, of which I’m now very grateful when hot weather force me to leave too early. Chambre is big and light, calm too, because it is situated on the garden side. The street I love, old townhouses on both sides, very cosy and the people are very friendly. The house has central position, short walk to everywhere, station, Castillet, the old town and some busses go round the corner, too. I recommend!
