Yet I suppose that for the sake of accuracy, I am expected to say something critical here. It would be that the € 15.00 cleaning fee - hand to hand, by passing roomlala platform - seems a wee high to me. I worked for many years in the hotel trade and it does seem to me that the cost for cleaning a single room is not so much, unless if the tenant should have left the place in a filthy mess and that I have not. In such cases, this ought to be covered as damage through the bail and this could be bolstered in the contract.
