Room for rent (shared accommodation) between women (Poissy - 78300)

I am very rarely at home and offer rooms for rent in my apartment. For organizational and stability reasons, I prefer to host people for medium to long stays, although some short stays can be considered in special cases, such as student internships or training courses.

This is a large, fully furnished apartment of 80m², located in a quiet and secure residence with elevator. The shared accommodation includes 3 bedrooms, which makes it ideal for students or young professionals. The apartment is located about 6-7 minutes walk from the city center, with a bus stop in the immediate vicinity, served by bus lines to Poissy or Saint-Germain stations (RER A). You will also find a Franprix, a bakery and a gym nearby. The street offers free parking spaces. An underground parking space can be made available for an additional fee.

A printer/scanner is available in one of the rooms, for a fee if used regularly.

Please note: The bathroom must be shared with another person if the neighbouring room is occupied. Guests are not permitted for short stays.
