I live and work in the house, which means I am often present. A dog and a cat are also part of our household.
I offer for rent two bedrooms and a bathroom located on the first floor. The cleaning, maintenance of the house as well as the change of sheets every two weeks are taken care of by me. You will benefit from a comfort equivalent to that of an apartment hotel.
The kitchen is a shared space. The microwave and the hotplates can be used provided that you do not prepare smelly dishes, since I receive patients until 8 p.m. A place in the refrigerator and a cupboard are reserved for each tenant.
I sometimes welcome my adult children for a family meal on the weekend, and my grandchildren can come during the school holidays. This is the reason why I prefer a tenant present only during the week.
Many shops are easily accessible on foot. As for transport, the SNCF train station served by lines L or U is 7 minutes away. Metro 10 (Boulogne/Pont de Saint-Cloud) is 15 minutes away, as is tram T2. Bus lines 360, 460, 471, 160 are also nearby.
