Hello,
I am offering a furnished room in my 3.5-room apartment, ideally located one minute from the train station, with all amenities within easy reach (shops, transportation, etc.). The apartment is comfortable and provides access to the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. I am looking for a responsible, clean, and reliable person to share this space. As an aviation employee in Zurich, I am only available 7 to 10 days per month, allowing me to have the apartment to myself most of the time.
We will discuss the rent together to find a mutually satisfactory agreement.

Perfect place if you stay in the area for work or studying! The apartment is nicely located with the lake, train station and supermarkets within 3 min of walking distance. It is very clean and equipped with everything you need (bedding, towels, etc.). There is also a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped as well with an oven, fridge, microwave, pots/pans and tableware etc. The host is super nice, speaks a lot of languages and is very helpful and quick to respond if there is any problem or you need help with something. There is really nothing missing in this apartment.
