The room is located in a 4-bedroom apartment (sometimes also rented out in its entirety) with access to spaces shared with the other occupants of the rooms: a bathroom with WC, a large living room, a kitchen, a WC, a terrace and a dining room. The owners live in the apartment on the 2nd floor.
Parking under the house, with access via a staircase of 50 steps. 600m from the train station (6 minutes on foot), 1 train per hour in each direction: Gstaad & Montreux. Montbovon train station (train to Bulle) is 3 km away.
Ideal for workers, business trips or workations.
No overnight rentals. Weekly cleaning required.
