The apartment on the 7th floor (with elevator) is located in a quiet neighborhood near shops. It is a 13-minute walk or 2 tram stops away from the train station. I live here year-round and rent out the guest room. The apartment is spacious with a dual-aspect view of the mountains (Belledonne, Vercors, Chartreuse). I will be happy to welcome female guests (for security reasons, I prefer female guests). The room is bright and overlooks the Vercors. It measures 15 m². The single bed is comfortable, and there is a desk with WiFi access. A shelf and a wardrobe are provided for you to store your belongings. The living-dining room, the kitchen, as well as the bathroom and separate toilet are to be shared. A large fridge, which is also shared, allows you to store your groceries, and you can use all the kitchen equipment. You can also enjoy the balcony with a view of the Vercors and the Chartreuse.
