1. Keep common areas clean after each use, especially before leaving the house, even if a cleaner comes every two weeks.
2. Remove food scraps from the sink strainer and throw them in the trash.
3. Cooking is prohibited between 11:00 PM and 10:30 AM, unless agreed upon by housemates. Use of the microwave and other kitchen appliances is permitted, provided they do not generate loud or disruptive noises.
4. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
5. It is prohibited to use items, food, or tools that are not designated as shared.
6. By accepting the booking, you agree to live with pets, which requires responsible use of doors and windows. The balcony is equipped with a safety net.
