Shared common areas: modern equipped kitchen, contemporary bathroom, bright living room, two terraces by the river. Located 12 km from Bulle, close to the train station. Quiet and pleasant environment, by the river. Direct access to the center of Bulle in 28 minutes by train (S50 line). Suitable for a professionally active, quiet, and respectful person with an employment contract in the region. The accommodation is not suitable for a party lifestyle. Smokers accepted if outside the house. Mandatory parking space if you have a vehicle (extra fee). Monthly renewable contract. Termination: one month's notice for the end of a month.
