Description
Welcome to Upie, a peaceful and charming village located between Valence and Crest, at the foot of the Vercors mountains, boasting all the necessary amenities such as a U-tile store, medical services, a tobacconist's, and a pizza shop.
The house, built in 2005, boasts a 500 m² garden. The 10 m² bedroom offers a pleasant view of the Vercors mountains and is furnished with a 140 cm double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a desk, and a fan.
The common areas include a bathroom, two toilets, and a fully equipped kitchen with a combination stove with an electric oven, a microwave, and a toaster. Guests are welcome to use the utensils and dishes provided. The living room, equipped with a vintage Philips television, is also a shared space.
Please note that pets are not allowed, as my old and friendly dog "Puli" is, unfortunately, not sociable with other dogs or cats.
