I am offering a room for rent in a quiet house, specifically for a female student over 20 years old. Having a car is essential, as the house is located approximately 1 km from the nearest bus stop. That said, the house is only a 15-minute drive from Valence city center, the Valence-Grenoble expressway, and the A7 South motorway.
You will also have the option of walking to the Parc de Lorient de Montéléger, a perfect place for walking, running, reading, or relaxing. Shops are nearby and parking is available.
