In an eco-hamlet, Zen studio-bedroom, renovated in June 2021, self-contained, on the ground floor of a period farmhouse. It is a "homestay" setting, and the shower cabin usage is to be scheduled. It is located at the first stone door on the left wing of the farmhouse. Ideal for one or two people inspired by nature, peace, art, and ecology, with a sense of cleanliness, discretion, and cooperation.In need of accommodation for a vacation, as a student, a remote worker, or for seasonal work. Close to the boat landings of the Abbey of Maillezais. Beautiful views to the front and back, where there is a French window. Surrounded by walking, equestrian, and cycling paths.This studio-bedroom is equipped with: a low sideboard, electric oven, stovetop, kitchenware, shelving, a sofa bed with an additional mattress, coffee table, fridge-freezer, sink, and a composting toilet. Added bonus: Zen workshops are available upon request.
