I am offering a room (double bed) in a modest and quiet apartment, located a 5-minute walk from the Erdre and the St-Mihiel tram stop (line 2), opposite a C6 bus stop, and a 15-minute walk from the train station. Close to all amenities, shops, and the city center. You will be sharing the apartment with me! Ideal for students (internships or work-study programs), business travelers, cyclists, or travelers in transit. The room is available for short stays, and recurring rentals are possible. The rental includes: bed sheets, storage space (drawer, wardrobe), Wi-Fi access, and a desk. The bathroom and toilet are shared. Access to the kitchen is permitted (one shelf is reserved in the fridge - please note: no microwave), and the living room is accessible occasionally (especially for meals). For short stays, I do not provide towels (too much laundry).
