Description
Large homestay room available for a student from September for the school year. Available only during the week, excluding school holidays: 4 nights from Monday to Friday, while my daughter is at boarding school. The room features a double loft bed, sofa, desk, plenty of storage space, and a large balcony. Wi-Fi included. Located in an extremely quiet neighborhood very close to Place Jean Jaurès in Mérignac Capeyron. Near bus lines 2, 16, 35, and G (Grand Lebrun, Tivoli, Notre Dame, train station...). Parking space available in front of the house. Half-board included (breakfast and dinner 4 times a week). We are looking for a responsible person who wants to enjoy a quiet environment for studying, but within a family atmosphere. Other teenagers are present in the home.
