I'm renting out my apartment (60m², 3-room apartment) because I don't live in Paris permanently, but I'm reserving a room for my business trips (about ten days a month in Paris).
Very pleasant, high-quality apartment. Located on the top floor (9th with elevator), very bright and spacious. A full-length balcony on one side, a 12m² terrace on the other, with an unobstructed, unobstructed view of the Bois de Vincennes.
Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, oven/microwave, separate shower and toilet. In addition to the €725 rent, there's an additional €175 for utilities (central heating, hot and cold water, electricity, elevator, internet, and telephone).
I'm looking for a neat and tidy (young) non-smoker. My interests: arts, culture, and history.
The town of Charenton is very pleasant and very safe. Bois de Vincennes is less than a 3-minute walk away. Metro access is nearby. Charenton École station, line 8. Located 20 minutes from Bastille.
