Very large 5 bedroom apartment
Located 2 minutes from the Côte-des-Neiges metro station (blue line) and close to the orange line. It's steps from hospitals, the University of Montreal, HEC, École Polytechnique, and a few minutes' walk from Collège Marie de France. It's also conveniently located to Collège Stanislas, accessible by 3 metro stops.
The large kitchen, with a dining area, is equipped with all the necessary appliances. The apartment has four large bedrooms with closets, plus a small room that can be used as an office.
It features a very large living room and dining room, with wood floors throughout. The laundry area, including a washer and dryer, is located in the apartment for added convenience.
Two bathrooms are available, one of which is en suite to the master bedroom, in addition to a walk-in closet. The apartment also benefits from air conditioning for maximum comfort.

Good morning, The apartment is located on the first floor without elevator, there is a balcony which overlooks a rear courtyard in which you can park a bicycle, there is also parking for cars but which is payable additionally and monthly.
