I own a beautiful brand-new three-bedroom house in Spruce Grove and I’m looking for someone to rent one of the bedrooms. The rooms are bright and spacious, currently unfurnished, and give you the freedom to set them up however you like with space for a bed, desk, and storage.

Right now, the second room is empty, so it will just be you and me living in the house. We will share the kitchen and bathroom. The house is modern and spotless with an open layout, a nice kitchen, clean bathrooms, and in-unit laundry. Parking is available, and there’s a backyard you can enjoy on nice days.
