I offer homestay accommodation in a 90 m² apartment in Toulouse. This is neither a shared apartment nor a lease, but rather a shared, calm, and respectful living environment.

The apartment is a corner unit, located on the 7th floor with elevator access, near the Canal du Midi. It offers three bedrooms currently being renovated, all equipped with a bed, storage, lighting, and a video projector.

Located near Compans-Caffarelli and the Capitole, with shops nearby.

All-inclusive: water, electricity, heating, gas, internet, utilities, and consumables with no additional charges.

A written homestay agreement is required, along with mandatory liability insurance. Ideal candidate: a calm, respectful, and caring person.
