Hello,
You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly family home. This lovely house includes a shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. I live on the first floor with my child. We have a small cat and sometimes a small dog. When we enter the house, we remove our shoes, in the Japanese style. ;-)
The room offered here is very small, basic, and windowless. It is rudimentary, therefore suitable only for sleeping. However, the common areas remain at your disposal.
A second, larger room is located next door.
The house is close to Liège-Guillemins train station and the main highways. It is also within reasonable distance of the city center, accessible in 10-15 minutes by car or bicycle. Parking is easy and free on the street. There are lovely parks, as well as small supermarkets, chip shops, and pizzerias in the neighborhood.
