The apartment is ideally located in a family residence with a caretaker on the 6th floor with an elevator. The apartment is dual-aspect and very bright. It has recently been renovated and furnished. There is a dedicated parking space in front of the building.

The residence is very quiet and ideally located 15-20 minutes from the city center (car or C2 bus) and 10-15 minutes from the universities (car or C20 bus). The apartment is 3 minutes from the beautiful Gaudinière Park. Nearby, you will find a supermarket and a bakery.

Each bedroom is equipped with a 140x190 double bed, a storage wardrobe, a desk, and a chair. The apartment has fiber optic Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and crockery.
