Sublet of a 22m² T1 studio during the summer holidays (Yerres - 91330)

Looking for a man or woman of good moral character, to sublet my furnished studio located in Yerres (91330) in Île-de-France.

Rent: €600/month including tax (electricity included).

Duration: 2 months and a few days (from June 29 to September 4, 2025)

Important conditions:
For my own guarantee and to ensure that the studio will be used with care and that my personal belongings will remain intact:

A deposit will be requested, in addition to the 2 months' rent (€1200) to be paid in bulk before having the keys in hand please.

The deposit will be fully refunded after the inventory on my return, when the keys are returned.

Comfortable and well-equipped studio, ideal for a short stay.

NB: Possibility to extend the contract even upon my return as a roommate to share and manage the studio expenses together as a 2 person permanently if you want
