SUBLET 2-3 MONTHS ERDEVEN
2 BEDROOMS
Hi!
We are subletting a small attic bedroom and a large bedroom (with private bathroom and toilet) in a 3-person shared housing in Erdeven.
The small room is available from October 1st to December 31st or from mid-October to mid-December (flexible dates).
In the house, there is Cartouche the cat (who doesn't like other animals…).
The 90m2 house has a large garden, a garage, and is 10 minutes from the town center and the beach by bike. We live on the outskirts of Erdeven, 35 minutes from Lorient, 20 minutes from Auray.
The atmosphere is quite calm; we like to keep the house clean and the garden maintained. Also, the neighbors are super nice; we do quite a few things together.
As for rent, it is €713/month divided by 3 + water and electricity utilities. We pay rent proportionally to our income and split utilities equally.
