Beautiful studio, completely renovated in 2021, featuring a bedroom with a 1.40m sofa bed, a new kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a two-burner stove, a microwave-grill, a small electric oven, an electric kettle, and tableware. There is also a desk area. A private bathroom with a shower and toilet is included. This studio is part of a large 140m2 apartment. We share the same apartment entrance. Public transport is located right in front of the building, providing access to the city center in 15 minutes. The Beekkant metro station or the West railway station can be reached in 2 bus stops. City center access in 15 minutes. Access to the CERIA Campus in less than 20 minutes. Parties are prohibited. Absolute quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Domiciliation (official registration of address) is not possible. A fee of 50 euros is required for the final cleaning, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Merci pour ce séjour de 2 mois. L’appartement est parfaitement situé et très bien desservi pour se rendre dans le centre-ville ou ailleurs. (Bus au pieds de l’immeuble) Les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. Enfin et pas des moindre, les échanges avec Najat et Inès ont été simples, rapide et très agréable. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés vous serrez dans un cocon très agréable et sécurisant.

Ma fille a occupé le studio pendant 5 mois; le studio est attenant à un appartement en colocation étudiants L’avantage est d’être au calme avec une salle de bain privative, une petite kitchenette, dans une résidence sécurisée. Le studio a été mis à disposition dans un parfait état de propreté avec toutes les affaires et vaisselle nécessaires pour une occupation immédiate. Nous avons très bien été accueillis par Najat; encore un grand merci !

Mon séjour chez Najat a duré 1 mois. Il a été très agréable. Le logement a été très bien chauffé durant toute la durée. Quand Najat me l'a confié, tout était très propre; il y avait même dans la salle de bain de quoi faire pour faire sa toilette. Il y avait également tous les ustensiles utiles en cuisine. Durant tout mon séjour, Najat a été attentive et attentionnée. Elle a été très réactive à chacune de mes questions.
Najat est une hôte accueillante et disponible, elle met à l'aise et respecte l'intimité du locataire. Je la remercie pour sa confiance et ses petites attentions.
