Student room rental (Stains - 93240)

The bedroom is located upstairs; a large window overlooks the street and faces East, so it is very bright in the morning. It can be furnished to your taste, and there are several hooks already fixed to the walls if you are a big fan of posters (or paintings). We are currently finishing the construction of an upstairs bathroom, which should be completed in September. Otherwise, the bathroom on the ground floor is shared, as are the kitchen and the living room. You may use the common areas as you wish :) There is also an outdoor terrace and a small vegetable garden. We are a family of 5: my parents, myself, and our two cats (very, very important, haha). I remain available for any further information ;) Mathilde
