Renting a room for a student in Trélazé in a house shared with my 17-year-old daughter during her alternate weeks. I am generally at my partner's place in Nantes while she is away, so the house is available entirely! What you will love about this home: it is a recent village house (built in 2022), comfortable, with large, very bright bedrooms. It features a large bathroom with a shower and two separate toilets. The living area is 110 m², all on a small plot of land. The house includes: On the ground floor: an entrance with a closet, a living-dining room, a kitchen furnished and equipped with a hood, stovetop, and oven, and separate toilets. Upstairs: a landing with a closet leading to three bedrooms, two of which have built-in closets and one with a walk-in closet area; a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, double sink, and heated towel rack; and separate toilets. Attached: a garage and a carport. Bicycle available.
