Bright, spacious, and sunny room with garden views. Well served by public transport, it benefits from the proximity of three metro lines (lines 6, 8, and 10) as well as several bus lines. The entire apartment is at your disposal, including the kitchen, living room with TV, bathroom, and more. Internet access is included. A housekeeper comes twice a month. The neighborhood is lively, benefiting from all the necessary shops, including the Beaugrenelle shopping center. Two rooms are available, one of which is occupied by a tenant who has lived there for two years. I live in the provinces and occasionally use the apartment midweek. Preference is given to a long-term rental.
