Promenade Masson. Outdoor garden overlooking a green alley.
Many services nearby (grocery stores, fruit stores, bars, restaurants, cinema, parks).
Ideal student. Universities 30 minutes away (UQAM & Mc Gill) or 40 minutes (UdM or Concordia), door to door, by public transport or by bike. Bus 197 at the top of the street.
Looking exclusively for a student, as we have 3 girls at home.
Living room and bathroom shared with our eldest daughter, who occupies the second bedroom on the level (semi-basement).
Shared family kitchen.
Breakfast included (bread/egg/cereals, according to everyone's needs).
Possibility of half-board (to be discussed), in order to share family evening meals, and get to know each other :)
