Hello! My name is Pierre, and I've been hosting exchange students from France, Switzerland, and Belgium for the past five years. I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have.
The house is located in a quiet residential area, close to the university (2.2 km), a shopping center, and local businesses. Public transportation is also nearby.
The CEGEP is 2 km away. It features three bedrooms for students, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast nook, a washer and dryer, living rooms, a television, high-speed internet, bathrooms, and a dining room. There's a large yard with a patio, fire pit, and garage. Bicycles are available. Many other amenities are included!

Je suis français et j’ai passé 8 mois chez Pierre et je ne peux que recommander cette location à 100 %. Dès le début, la communication a été fluide, claire et rassurante, ce qui a rendu l’installation très facile. La chambre était confortable et conforme à l’annonce, et les espaces communs étaient bien entretenus et agréables à vivre. Au quotidien, l’ambiance était calme et respectueuse, idéale pour étudier/travailler/se reposer. Pierre est un hôte fiable, discret, attentionné et très humain : il respecte l’intimité de chacun tout en restant disponible si besoin. Je suis un étudiant qui a réalisé une mobilité à Trois Rivières un semestre. Pierre m’a accueilli chez lui 4 mois et tous s’est très bien passé. On est situé dans une bonne maison et assez proche de l’uqtr. Pierre a pu m’aider pour les courses et lorsque j’avais besoins de certaines choses il s’est toujours porte disponible pour m’aider. Donc oui je conseille cette offre de logement.
