Room for rent for a French student or ERASMUS student, in a homestay, in a beautiful, bright apartment in Nice. Located in the Port/Riquier area on the 4th floor with an elevator. A 5-10 minute walk from tram lines 1 and 2, and close to the Riquier train station and the port of Nice. Near all amenities: bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy, supermarkets, etc. A 10-minute walk to the Saint-Jean d'Angély university campus and about 10 minutes by tram to the city center (République stop, line 1). The airport is accessible in 30 minutes by tram (Port Lympia stop, line 1).
The room is equipped with a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, Wi-Fi, a double bed, and a balcony. Common areas, including the kitchen, toilet, living room, and bathroom, are to be shared with the three family members living there. A friendly dog also lives on-site. Bed sheets are not provided. A laundromat is located a 2-minute walk away for doing laundry.
