I am renting a large, fully renovated 82m² apartment with 3 bedrooms, close to metro 11 / RER E and 100m from the city center.

The apartment is composed as follows:
- a large entrance hall with closet
- a large living room with a fitted kitchen, dining table, TV area, desk, and balcony
- a shower room and a separate toilet
- a hallway leading to the 3 bedrooms (10.5m², 10.5m², and 12.5m² with a walk-in closet)

The secure residence, which was renovated in May 2024, has a private garden for residents.

Metro 11 and RER E are an 8-minute walk away, near the Westfield Rosny 2 shopping center.
Rosny city center is also 100m away, with all shops and a twice-weekly market.

If a couple would like to rent a room, I'm open to discussion as long as it doesn't disturb the other roommates.

If you have a vehicle, it's possible to rent the parking space for an additional fee.
