Un grand merci à Amine qui a répondu à l'urgence de ma situation. Ma note parlera d'elle-même : je suis vraiment satisfait. La qualité est supérieure au prix, surtout vu l'emplacement. L'accueil était parfait : même si mon arrivée était tardive à cause d'un contretemps, Amine m'a reçu avec sa bonne humeur habituelle. La propreté est irréprochable et l'annonce était fidèle à la réalité. Petit bonus : le quartier est calme même la nuit. Le petit parc en face ne fait aucun bruit, c'est juste agréable. La proximité du métro (ligne 14) est un vrai atout : le matin, on trouve facilement une place assise, et le soir, on retombe vite dans le calme après une sortie, c'est parfait. Concernant l'hôte, restons simple, il a le contact facile et est de bonne compagnie pour discuter, tout en étant avenant à votre expérience chez lui durant votre séjour. Si vous avez besoin de calme ou êtes juste focus, il sait aussi être d'une discrétion impressionnante.

La chambre est spacieuse, et la localisation est pratique pour ceux qui doivent aller souvent à Paris. Amine est quelqu'un de fiable, propre, réservé et qui apprécie énormément le silence (il est donc important de le respecter également). J'étais très à l'aise chez lui, et je le recommanderais certainement.

Sous location parfaite pour une personne qui recherche du calme et de l'autonomie. Les espaces partagés sont très bien. On est tres bien dans la chambre, on peut bien communiquer et s'organiser pour se partager les espaces. Je recommande pour une personne qui respectera les besoins de tranquilité du logeur et qui y aspire elle même. Merci beaucoup pour cette location

La chambre est très spacieuse et propre. Elle est très bien équipée. L'accès à la cuisine est également très appréciable. Amine est un hôte agréable et discret.
Un très bon accueil. L’hôte a fait preuve d’une grande flexibilité pour pouvoir m’accueillir . Le logement est propre, la résidence est calme et la communication avec l’hôte est facile. Un séjour de courte durée très agréable.
