Very sunny room, for women only. Located on the ground floor, the apartment benefits from a flowered courtyard that attracts squirrels and birds, and is an ideal distance from the Rosemont metro, near cultural venues and cafes, without being in the heart of the hustle and bustle. A Quebecois woman, with a visual arts background, and an Iranian man, with a literature background (not a couple), both in their forties, reside there. We are looking for someone young at heart but mature in behavior, calm, taking care of themselves and the premises, valuing ecological practices and healthy communication. We consume meat in moderation. The atmosphere is friendly, open but quiet. This is a strictly non-smoking space. No pets. LGBT individuals are welcome. There is a small child upstairs, so a certain tolerance for noise is required. Please provide details about yourself. Looking forward to hearing from you!
