Room for women only. Located on the ground floor, the apartment features a flowered courtyard that attracts squirrels and birds, and is ideally situated near the Rosemont metro station, close to cultural venues and cafés, yet away from the hustle and bustle. A Quebecer woman (visual arts background) and an Iranian man (literature background) in their forties (not a couple) reside here. We are looking for someone young at heart but mature in behavior, calm, who takes care of themselves and the space, values ecological practices, and healthy communication. We consume meat in moderation. The atmosphere is friendly, open, but quiet. This is a strictly non-smoking space. No pets. LGBT people are welcome. There is a small child upstairs, so some tolerance for noise is required. Please provide details about yourself. Looking forward to hearing from you!
