Small suite with a balcony, in a quiet, rural setting. Shared housing in a house that can accommodate four people. Situated in a quiet, rural area, ten minutes from public transport and a five-minute drive from shops and all the amenities of the small town of Moudon. Twenty minutes from Lausanne, twenty-two minutes from Payerne, and thirty minutes from Vevey or Yverdon. If there is a 2nd person, they pay 10.-/night. The cleaning of your suite with balcony must be done thoroughly by yourself. Cleaning of the common areas, including floors, surfaces, and windows, must be carried out on a rotating basis. Management should be shared among the four tenants, with, for example, a one-week responsibility per month for each person. For a harmonious use of the space, it is important to leave the kitchen, appliances, dining area, terrace, bathroom, and laundry room in perfect condition after use.
