Aucun confort. Literie très inconfortable. Cuisine sur 2m2 et sur le palier, pour 5 personnes, 1 seule plaque de cuisson. Mauvaise isolation sonore. Proprio pas sur place. Beaucoup trop de colocataires et de passage pour être en confiance. Aucune considération de la propriétaire qui fait payer extrêmement cher au vu de la situation géographique et du bien proposé et qui répond que comme c est à destination d'étudiants, le confort est suffisant... honteux
