Room in a new apartment to share: a bathroom and kitchen with 2 other bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, 4 hotplates, fridge, freezer and all the necessary cooking equipment. The apartment is located in an area where the Aldi store is 50 meters away, as well as a restaurant, a takeaway pizzeria and soon an Asian takeaway. The bus stop is 50 meters away, next to the Aldi store. We are an 8-minute bus ride from the city center. Possibility of having a private parking space for an additional fee. For the use of the washing machine and dryer, there is one in the building with a very economical card system.
