Shared housing in a house that can accommodate four people. Located in a quiet, rural area, ten minutes from public transport and a five-minute drive from the shops and all the amenities of the small town of Moudon. Twenty minutes from Lausanne, twenty-two minutes from Payerne, and thirty minutes from Vevey or Yverdon. The cleaning of your room must be carried out thoroughly by yourself. Housekeeping and cleaning of common areas, including floors, surfaces, and windows, must be performed thoroughly on a rotating basis. Management must be fully shared by the four tenants, for example, with a one-week responsibility per month for each person. For the harmonious enjoyment of the premises, it is important to leave the kitchen, appliances, dining area, terrace, bathroom, and laundry room in a perfectly clean condition after use.
