Its location is ideal in the town of Algrange, close to Thionville and a convenient driving distance from Dudelange in Luxembourg. Bus stops and various amenities (shops, pharmacies, doctors) are within walking distance.

I am offering a private 11 m² room, equipped with a single bed, a dressing room, a closet, and a chest of drawers. This room is the only private room and is secured with key access. The other spaces will be shared:

- A modern, fully renovated bathroom with a separate toilet and a washing machine.
- A 12 m² dining room with a table that can seat up to 8 people. - A cozy 15 m² living room with a comfortable corner sofa and a smart TV.
