Shared room in a spacious apartment located on the first floor without an elevator. This 105 m² apartment enjoys an ideal location in the town of Algrange, close to Thionville and Dudelange (Luxembourg) by car. Public transportation, including bus stops, is nearby, as are various shops, pharmacies, and doctors, within walking distance.

I am offering a 15 m² private room with a double bed, a bedside table, a large walk-in closet, and a chest of drawers. This room is the only private room in the apartment and has key access. The other spaces will be shared:

- A modern bathroom (fully renovated, with a separate toilet and a washing machine),
- A 12 m² dining room with a table that can seat up to 8 people,
- A cozy 15 m² living room equipped with a comfortable corner sofa and a smart TV,
- A functional 12 m² kitchen, currently being renovated, equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, ceramic hobs, and a large refrigerator.
