Co-renting in a large, recent and renovated house (very quiet, at the end of an alley and after small buildings) 12 minutes on foot from the Aubervilliers Pantin 4 Chemins metro station.
I rent two furnished rooms (double bed) with the benefit of the living room/dining room/kitchen with accessories, two toilets, a bathroom and a garden (to be maintained).
charges and 15 euros for internet box or 630 euros per month.
Electricity extra. Possibility of parking at 70 euros per month.
