My partner and I are leaving our fantastic 4-room apartment in Carouge with great regret, as we are heading abroad to study for a year. A 28-year-old friend of ours is taking one of the rooms, so we are looking for a person or a couple to take the other one. This is a sublet for one year only, with relatively flexible dates. The 72 m² apartment includes a loggia and a balcony. It is furnished (and filled with plants!). The apartment is bright, quiet, and well-insulated. It is ideally located in the heart of Carouge, 2 minutes from the market square, a 15-minute walk from the HUG, with all amenities and restaurants nearby. We are looking for someone who is calm, respectful of the space, and a non-smoker. The standard application package is required, including pay slips, an extract from the debt collection office, and a residence permit.
