Shared housing in Le Rouret (Le Rouret - 06650)

Hello everyone, My name is Robin, I am 25 years old, and I am an engineer in Cannes. I really enjoy outdoor sports. Currently, I mostly do strength training (I even have equipment at home), but I love going hiking, camping, to the sea, etc. I am offering a room here in my house located in Le Rouret. The setting is very pleasant, as the house is located in the forest. There is space in the garden, where I notably maintain a vegetable patch. There is also a swimming pool. The grounds are quite shaded, which is great for the summer heat. Please note that this is a house that has not been rigorously maintained, which explains some malfunctions. I am taking care of some repairs right now. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the laundry room with a tumble dryer. There is reversible air conditioning, although I limit its use for the sake of the environment and the bill. The room is upstairs, very bright, with a sea view.
