Two bedrooms are available in a large 580 m² furnished villa with a pool and approximately 200 m² of garden, located just a few minutes from Grand Baie. Friendly, quiet, and respectful atmosphere to maintain a comfortable living space. One room is dedicated to friends or family visiting. The house includes: - A large living area (dining room and living room) - An equipped kitchen - A covered terrace - A garden, a pool, and a barbecue area - Fiber optic connection - A laundry room - Air-conditioned bedrooms - Parking and a garage. Bedroom description: - Master suite: king-size bed, lounge area, desk, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. - Large bedroom: spacious, double bed, desk area, storage, and shared bathroom.
