For rent, charming 65 m² furnished outbuilding, completely renovated, located at the back of our family home's garden in a quiet, green, and secure environment. Very bright, it offers a view of the garden and the swimming pool. On the ground floor: a living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: two attic bedrooms. The accommodation is fully equipped (furniture, appliances, kitchenware, etc.). Tenants will be able to enjoy the family swimming pool while respecting the premises. Ideally located a 3-minute walk from the G line (express bus to Bordeaux city center and Saint-Jean train station). Secure bike storage available, no car parking. We are looking for two serious, respectful, and careful students. We live in the main house and are available if needed while ensuring your privacy.
