Hi there!
I'm Tiphaine, I'm 29, I own a 115 m² apartment and I have a dog full of love! 🌼
I live in a large, quiet, and floral residence overlooking the Chezine, with all shops nearby and a C8 bus stop right in front (17 minutes to the city center). The apartment is on the 5th and top floor with an elevator, facing south, and is very bright and welcoming.
The tenant has access to the shared common areas, a bedroom of about 10 m², a 1.76 m² closet/dressing area, half of a storage room, an entrance closet, and most of the bathroom storage space. It is also possible to convert the guest room of about 9 m² into an office or extra personal space.
All common areas will come fully furnished and decorated. The bedroom and guest room need to be furnished (unless not possible, let's discuss it).
