The street-facing room, with a surface area of 13 m² (140 sq ft), is equipped with a trundle bed (80x190), a wardrobe, a dresser, and a desk. It does not lock and is adjacent to the living room.

The apartment is very pleasant, bright, and north-facing (street side).

It includes an Italian-style shower room with a small sink, and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped, and a washing machine is available.

This accommodation hosts students throughout the year.
