House in Colfontaine, intended for shared housing for students and/or retirees. Renovations will be completed soon, and viewings are already possible. The house includes: - One 13.20 m² bedroom - One 21.50 m² bedroom - One 16.50 m² and 6 m² partitioned bedroom - One 28.20 m² bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility. The bedrooms have different monthly rates. All will be furnished (except for the mattress) and include all utilities. A lease agreement accompanied by house rules will need to be signed.
