On the ground floor a large living room with its 140cm TV and 2 large sofas as well as a dining table to share your meals and in the basement a relaxation area with sofa, ottoman, bar table and table football for convivial moments awaits you .
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large dishwasher, an induction hob with 4 burners, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge with freezer. Crockery and kitchen utensils are provided.
A laundry area with washing machine and dryer is also at your disposal.
The house is located in Rue Louis Buée, at the foot of bus stop 27 which will take you in 10 minutes to the different Universities (ESIGELEC, INSA, EPITECH, CE
