One of the rooms is occupied by a young man, a young worker, and the other room is available for rent. The kitchen, fully equipped, has utensils, furniture, a fridge, hotplates, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine and a table with chairs. The bathroom is also equipped. A high-speed internet connection is available.

All charges (electricity, internet, hot and cold water) are included. The apartment is three minutes from the RER-B station of La Courneuve-Aubervilliers, ten minutes from the Plaine Saint-Denis and the Stade de France. Gare du Nord can be reached in seven minutes by RER from La Courneuve-Aubervilliers station. A deposit is required.
